Material Quality and Body Safety

Premium nitrile construction eliminates latex proteins entirely, making these condoms suitable for those with latex allergies. The material is body-safe, hypoallergenic, and rigorously tested to meet international safety standards. Durex's comprehensive quality checks ensure consistent reliability across every pack.

How to Use It Best

Getting Started

1. Check the expiration date and package integrity before opening
2. Open the foil packet carefully to avoid tears or damage
3. Place the condom on the head of the penis before any contact
4. Unroll downward fully, ensuring proper positioning
5. After use, hold the base while withdrawing to prevent slipping

Enhanced Use and Combinations

The extra lubrication reduces the need for additional products, though water-based lubricants can enhance sensation further. The ultra-thin design pairs well with positions emphasising direct contact. Allow a moment for the nitrile to warm and adapt to your body before initiating movement for optimal sensation.

Care and Storage

Store condoms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep away from sharp objects, as nitrile is puncture-sensitive. Check expiration dates regularly and replace older packs. Never reuse condoms, and dispose of them responsibly.

Feel and Sensations – Honest Expectations

Durex Intense delivers noticeably more sensation than standard condoms due to the ultra-thin construction. You'll feel genuine warmth from your partner as the BodyFeel material conducts heat effectively. The adaptive fit means the condom doesn't feel restrictive—it becomes part of the experience rather than a barrier.

The extra lubrication creates smooth, sustained glide without friction concerns. Sensitivity levels depend on individual nerve endings and personal anatomy, but most users report heightened awareness and connection. The transparent design maintains visual intimacy, further enhancing the overall experience.

Why This Product Matters

Sexual confidence begins with reliable protection that doesn't compromise sensation. Durex Intense removes the traditional trade-off between safety and feeling. For those with latex sensitivity, these condoms open possibilities previously unavailable. The XL sizing ensures comfort rather than restriction, which fundamentally changes how intimacy feels.

The BodyFeel technology represents genuine innovation in condom design. Rather than simply being thinner, these condoms actively transfer heat and adapt to individual anatomy. This creates a more connected experience between partners. The extra lubrication means less interruption and more continuity during intimate moments, building rhythm and intensity naturally.

Our In-House Tester Review

I approached these condoms expecting standard XL sizing with nitrile benefits. The difference became immediately obvious during application—the material felt warmer than expected. As activity progressed, the BodyFeel adaptation became noticeable; the condom seemed to mould to my body rather than sitting passively.

Sensation levels exceeded my assumptions for condom use. The ultra-thin construction delivered genuine awareness of contact without the thin, unstable feeling I'd experienced with other brands. The lubrication lasted throughout, eliminating the dry friction that typically necessitates reapplication. My partner commented on the improved comfort and reduced barrier feeling. The transparent design maintained visual connection, which contributed significantly to overall intimacy. Individual results may vary based on anatomy, sensitivity, and usage.

How It Compares to Similar Products

Durex Intense occupies a unique position by combining latex-free accommodation with advanced sensation technology. Standard condoms lack the heat-transfer benefits, while specialty options sacrifice the foundation of reliable protection.
